Terreal sponsors the association Le Printemps de Septembre
In 2021, TERREAL is sponsoring the association "Le Printemps de Septembre" to build an ephemeral brick pavilion at the Institut Supérieur des Arts et Design de Toulouse for the 30th edition of the "Le Printemps de Septembre" festival in Toulouse. With a donation of more than 2,300 bricks, TERREAL wished to support cultural and artistic initiatives as well as to participate in this educational project where specialised students learned how to build the structure. After the event, the bricks were collected by training centres in order to give them a second educational life.
Circular economy, study with ENSAL for the recovery of construction site soil
Since 2015, TERREAL has regularly offered study topics to young architectural students at ENSAL, whose mission is to experiment and prototype with materials for architectural projects. Nearly 5 projects by some thirty students have been presented in this way, two of which have led to the filing of patents. In 2021, Terreal proposed to the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Lyon (ENSAL) a study partnership as part of its students' curriculum. This project, in line with the Group's commitment, highlights the interest of using these soils in combination with clay products, such as the Brique Hauteur d'Etage.
