Access to a first job for young people is often long and for young people in sensitive urban areas, it is a real obstacle course.

Measure

This is a social concern that affects us and to which we have responded by joining the "100 chances, 100 jobs" network. Claire Borey, our Human Resources and Relations Manager at the Chagny site (71) is involved in this local programme. Over the course of a week, the young people selected by the local missions are trained in self-knowledge, CV writing and recruitment interviews. All of the Group's human resources managers take part in simulated interviews, after which the young person receives advice. In the final stage, an inter-company committee meets with the young people again to check on the progress of their job search.
